NetWalking in Saxapahaw!
Happy New Year, Neighbors and Friends
Thank you to the 70+ people who joined Saxapahaw's first-ever New Year's Day Netwalk! Please scroll down for pictures from the Walk!
Some of you showed up knowing nobody and left with plans for coffee with a new friend. Others of you caught up with old friends, discovered shared interests with longtime neighbors you'd never really talked to, or found yourselves trading book and music recommendations. One group even decided to organize community art-making gatherings.
That's the magic of netwalking! And whether you've popped in for one NetWalk or attended several, your participation helps build a beautiful practice of connection and community. Thank you!
Here's the January Netwalking calendar. Take a risk and show up for a netwalk this month. Everyone is welcome. Always. Here's to many more steps, stories, and connections in the months ahead!
Warmly,
Amy Beth
